The report features a user-friendly, clean format, with a table of contents and summary to help navigate you through each category. A professional narrative will inform and educate you along the way. The report is constructed in accordance with the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (interNACHI), which can be referenced after every section.

Your Report contains high quality photos of all observable components and defect of the home. Color coded individual sections, including maintenance items, recommendations, and major defects, are easily referenced throughout the report. A follow-up consultation with both you and your agent can be scheduled, to allow us to discuss the report, provide recommendations, and consider next steps.
